The Mariners’ Museum and Park invites educators to a Teacher Professional Development session focusing on Ancient Egypt. This in-person session will include a behind-the-scenes tour of Museum artifacts, rare books, cartography, and more!
All educators are welcome! Please note that this professional development is specifically designed to cover the 3rd Grade Virginia Standards of Learning (3.2, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8). Attendees will receive a certificate of completion for 3 hours of professional development.
Free with $1 admission, and it can be paid upon your arrival to the Museum. Registration is required to reserve your space.
