Join us as author and historian John V. Quarstein, director emeritus of the USS Monitor Center, gives a presentation about four influential freedom fighters from Virginia who fought to end the enslavement of people of African descent.
This lecture is part of The Mariners' celebration of Black History Month.
Attendees may ask John questions following the lecture.
