A food-tasting event of HISTORIC proportions!
Hampton Roads' top restaurants, caterers, and culinary schools will prepare their best interpretations of 19th-century dishes. Guests and judges, including Abraham Lincoln, will vote for their favorite recipes as participants compete for the coveted Cast-Iron Skillet Awards.
NEW this year is a Steampunk theme!
Guests are encouraged to dress to the nines in their best Steampunk clothing and accessories. Mingle with Abraham Lincoln while tasting all of the delicious dishes. Guests may also come in casual dress.
Special Civil War-era cocktails will be served, including Cherry Bounce and Lemon Punch. Ironclad Distillery is the specialty drink sponsor!
Tickets:
$35 ($30 for Museum Members) in advance, $45 day of the event.Tickets include unlimited food tastings and one drink ticket.
